Inspiring others — production bar

Inside CVS Health, Saiteja sets the production bar other teams follow: a shared integration library for data from 14 lines of business, working sessions so four teams could adopt it, and a guide they follow. He designed AI skills that check repositories each morning and produce a ranked report for about 70 repository owners. From July 2021 to October 2024, on PayPal's Pay Later transactions team, he set the remediation path so a timed-out transaction was corrected once.
